“ A friend and I stopped at the Daily Grind Cafe for treats after hiking nearby. The location is peculiar- its connected to a gas station. However, don't let that stop you from checking it out! The barista was very friendly and recommended an ice coffee drink that was so yummy. We also tried the ice cream, which was great as well. The atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, and small with plenty of seating and natural light. ”

“ I am not from the area this place is in and to be honest I found it by accident. The prices were decent, the staff was friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was clean and they also offered gift items such as - wreaths, lotion, lip balm, various decor, signs, floral and pet items. They had baked goods,ice cream, quick snacks and hot dishes like sandwiches and soup. They had coffee drinks, pop/soda, water, juice as well as bags of ground coffee for sale. The girl that worked there had a pleasant personality, I did not get her name but she was was a very kind woman. If I lived closer I would no doubt be a regular to this establishment. There were no flaws to me and I recommend that you stop by when you can. I promised her I would leave pictures and a review. ”
“ Great taste, great value, and loved supporting a small, local business. Got the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel - so good. I would have eaten two right then and there. I ordered an everything bagel for it but received plain - no big deal though. I ate it so fast I didn’t get a picture lol Also got a sugar cookie - homemade by owner’s wife and daughter - excited to try. They look great. Also got a peanut butter frappe, which was really tasty. Also grateful there is a drive thru since my baby was asleep. ”

“ Food is made to how you like it, There are lots of options available. It was made quick and fresh. There were tons of drink options, even different styles of milk substitutes. Cathy makes her own jams so that was a nice surprise. It is also available for purchase by the jar. She also has written two books and makes her own T-shirts. So if you’re a reader or make a mess on your clothes stop in I am sure she’ll take care of you. And why are you wait, The atmosphere was cozy So you’ll feel right at home ”
“ The Daily Grind is simply a FANTASTIC coffee shop!!! It's attached at the hip to the Sunoco gas station on 202 (north of 70 and Lowe's). To my fellow coffee shop-loving peeps... the Daily Grind is a LEGITIMATE coffee shop people! It's an incredible addition to the small community near Carriage Trails and Parktowne and the other neighborhoods nearby. The food is local (at least Ohio sourced), delicious, and inexpensive. The coffee shop serves genuine Toft's ice cream, Boston Stoker coffee, and Jim's donuts. They also offer sandwiches with meat sourced from Bowman & Landes just a few miles away. Along with hearty deli sandwiches and hot paninis, they also offer breakfast sandwiches, cake pops, and cold bottled drinks. This place is my new favorite chill spot as it's so close to where I live. It can't be beat... and the owners are fantastic and very friendly and down-to-Earth. They spared no expense on their coffee equipment and it definitely shows in the product they hand you across the counter. Support this business... it's locally run by family and friends, and I wish them the best and hope they succeed. We need more places like this; not more Starbucks locations. FINEPRINT: I was not given anything for this review except amazing service and quality food of which I paid for... just go try their goods. You won't be disappointed. ”
“ What a cute little place! We were craving something hot to drink and came upon Daily Grind. Very easy to find. Very cute and kitchy inside. Our barista was very sweet. Our drinks were wonderful - my husband got the Crazy Caramel and I got Hot Chocolate. Both were hot and delicious. They have so many goodies on their menu! We will definitely have to return when we are in the area to try the ice cream and food. ”
